As Vocom have focused and maintained a large volume of IDD service into China, we have maintained an office in Shenzhen since 1998. In addition, we have a fully staffed Technical Development operation locally that provide Research and Development, Network Monitoring and Maintenance, and custom deployment for our Voice and Data solutions. Our experienced staff in China assist us in maintaining our entire Network environment, including Hardware monitoring.
